1990's Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore ref. 25808ST Triple Calendar
A very rare and rugged 1990s Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore ref. 25808ST Automatic Triple Calendar, one of the very first iterations of Offshore, this particular reference, designed by Emmanuel Gueit, comes in a much more wearable 38mm and its proportions way more balanced than the modern iterations we are used to today.
This line of very hard to find Offshores all feature vibrant colors, across the six different hues offered in steel, Red on Red remaining one of the hardest to find. All leverage the JLC based automatic caliber 2127 and display the day, month and date, making the complication in and of itself, distinct, especially in on Offshore.
This example has barely been worn and in top condition. All of the case’s many lines, facets bevels are broad with satin brushing fully in tact. It’s strap is a NOS AP shark skin texture calf and paired on its AP signed and styled blade clasp.
