An outstanding and extremely rare Beyer Rattrepante Moonphase from 1982, in a 36mm 18K yellow gold case, doubled stepped bezel, large crown and glimmering champagne dial, powered by a modified Venus 178 caliber with enormous depth and finishing.
This split seconds chronograph and Moonphase provides so much intricate detail, complication and allure. This watch was made in an extremely small batch and never intended for sale rather given as gifts for Beyer to distribute to recipients of their choosing. How this one ended up on the market, I cannot say but it’s the only one that has ended up for sale recently.
Keeping accurate time and all functions are operational. We do not have service history.
