1950's Movado Sport in Steel Borgel Case w/ Tropical Radium Dial
A very handsome and extremely well preserved 1950s Movado Sport ref. 18136 in a 34mm Francois Borgel / Taubert crafted steel case with a shimmering tropical dial adorned with painted Arabic numerals and syringe hands both of which have the most delicious creamy radium lume, matching, powered by a full size and beautifully finished manually wound Movado caliber, keeping great time.
Another archetypal example of a popular and larger model line the direct from glory days of Movado. This 2508 style mid case retains grained brushing and remains razor sharp with defined lug holes and dramatic sharp lines. Not to mention this killer tropical dial, that has achieved a tan so marvelous, Paulie Walnuts will get envious.
