A marvelous and rare 1940s Patek Philippe ref. 583 in solid 18K pink gold with a magnificent two-tone pink dial adorned with applied Roman numerals, notably retailed and signed Gübelin, it’s likely unpolished sculptural case having achieved crazy patina over the decades, retaining its bevels and factory brushing as well as deep clear hallmarks.
