A handsome 1940s Patek Philippe ref. 1450 “Top Hat” in a sharp and uncommon 18K rose gold case, with silver dial and applied stick and dot indices, just serviced and running a well, this art deco reference by Patek is famous for its unique curved and stacked case but has yet to achieve more than cult status appreciation.
This case is wonderful with sharp satin brushing still in tact with thick top and bottom bezels. Its dial has been cleaned and presents well despite having some enamel loss. This watch is priced to fly and probably is the the most competitively priced Patek of this era on the market. Try me.
